Hedonist is an 8-hour journey designed for those who want to experience the very best of Hvar in one unforgettable day — from the historic town of Hvar to hidden villages, lavender fields, local wine, crystal-clear sea and authentic Dalmatian cuisine.

Hvar Fortress

We start at the iconic Hvar Fortress, overlooking the town of Hvar and the beautiful Adriatic. Discover a piece of the island’s history while enjoying one of the most spectacular views on Hvar.

The old road to Stari Grad

We leave the busy roads behind and take the old island road towards Stari Grad. Along the way, we pass through traditional Dalmatian villages, beautiful countryside and the famous lavender fields of Hvar.

A hidden viewpoint

We stop at one of our favourite viewpoints overlooking Stari Grad — the perfect place for photos and a moment to take in the beauty of the island.

Stari Grad

Next, we arrive in Stari Grad, one of the oldest towns in Europe. Take some time to wander through its charming stone streets, discover its history and enjoy the relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

Wine tasting at Bilo Idro

Our journey continues to the southern side of the island and the village of Sveta Nedjelja. At Bilo Idro Winery, we’ll enjoy a unique wine tasting in a wine cellar located beneath the sea — combining exceptional local wine with an unforgettable setting.

Šanpjerin

swim, relax & enjoy. After the wine tasting, it’s time for some well-deserved relaxation. We head to Šanpjerin Beach Bar, where you can take a refreshing swim, enjoy a drink and simply chill by the Adriatic.

Malo Grablje

Dalmatian peka under the stars. To finish our day, we head to the magical abandoned village of Malo Grablje and Stori Komin. Here, we’ll enjoy one of Dalmatia’s most traditional dishes — authentic Dalmatian peka, slowly prepared in the traditional way.
